They did everything I could have asked for. They spent the time to help me figure out which photo\'s had enough resolution to print on the large size I wanted and which photos would work for which sizes. They were honest with me if they thought a picture would not look good. My canvas were at my door in one, in 6 business days. They were packaged very well to ensure there was no damage. I have received my canvas art picture from your studio and I am very pleased with the results. The print was meant as a Christmas gift for my wife, but she was the one who found the fedex package and to my dismay, your company had taped an invoice sheet to the OUTSIDE of the shipping box with a description of the item and a thumbnail picture of the print. So much for surprises. :( I liked the quality of the work and will be ordering again - also as a gift. I would recommend that you revisit your invoice slip policies to avoid this type of customer frustration in the future. Best regards, Andrew

Thank you for my order of frames. They arrived in great condition and they are very good quality. Only issue is that the post-person left the package in the apartment lobby. Luckily my neighbor took the package in and contacted me. Next time we should put a notice to leave a delivery notice, not the package. Many thanks for the discount coupons as well.
