Response was incredible
I thought customer service was a thing of the past however dealing with CanadaOnCanvas has changed that. I received a frame that was not square and contacted customer service. Not particularly happy with what I received. The matte was the exact size of the photograph who\'s dimensions I entered. Usually there\'s 1/8\" allowance so that the matte slightly overlaps the edges of the photo. In this case, there is none. Kind of sucks and looks bad.
