Najat, 		impressive quality but...
Overall the quality of my print was impressive, however there are a few small areas that have white marks where the gloss adhered to the backing of the canvas as it was rolled for shipping. I suspect this was due to haste and do not fault keenart entirely for their eagerness to ship my order although as the image is now I am reluctant to hang it on the wall. There is also a scratch approximately 3cm on the right side of the image that is rather unsightly.

Thank you, once again, for sending a new canvas. We received it on Monday, and the canvas itself is perfect. The wrap is lovely and care has obviously been taken with the finishing. The colours are deep and rich and the canvas material is beautifully soft/supple. It looks amazing! I would also like to say thanks for the fantastic job on the 6 other canvases I ordered. I received the four linen liners I ordered a few weeks ago. Thank you. They were just as I had asked for and shipped in a timely fashion. Only one issue - LL487 - White with Gold Lip - there was some damage to the frame (small nick in the white part as well as the gold) that was repaired. I was somewhat disappointed with that as I expected to see flawless work. This will show. I will not be sending it back but just wanted to let you know that professionalism is important. I can send a photo if you need to see it. KeenART: We will send a replacemnt.
