I just received a Gallery Wrap, the order was placed on 2/6/2012 and was delivered yesterday, 2/10/2012. I had scanned in a 41 year old 4x5 wedding photograph, to replace a faded 41 year old canvas print on our wall for Valentines day. My wife was overjoyed when she saw the Gallery Wrap. I am more than happy with the quality of the product. I had concerns about a 600 dpi scan from such a small print making a quality 16x20 but your representative was correct when she told me this would work. I got my frame quite quickly, even though I was worried Canada post would be on strike. It was packed really well, and every framing material they use is very high quality!! I love the non-glare plexiglass especially. It was also priced reasonably, as opposed to Michaels which is just ludicrously expensive. Thanks so much!
